I'm bored. Manuel labor is great because it keeps my mind busy. A handful of people that I work with LOVE their job amd that is refreshing. These people genuinely care about their daily tasks. That's admirable. The simple task of hand raking a bunker is art for these people. Actually the person I admire the most calls it "smoothing out a bunker." His meticulous behavior and attention to the smallest detail is incredible. He is a perfectionist. It isn't about money to him. It took me a couple weeks and some in depth questioning of this individual and my conclusion is that it is all about RESPECT.
