Enjoy Base Salary as this is all you will earn. Old products, they try to regenerate. You can chill and work 3 days a week.

so recruiter told me 65-75 base, are goal 120 but commission is uncapped.

    And company car.

Newer reps are getting lower base salaries these days.

That is pretty accurate for the base. Obviously the more experience you have the closer it will be to $75k. There are cost of living adjustments on top of that for the big cities. Company car will either be an Altima or Passat.

I assume you are referring to the Florida opening. Constant turnover with a micro manager. Stay away

Recruiter called about PICO opening in Orlando to Gainesville area. Any real information is appreciated. Territory and potential bonus ?

Florida is a pretty awful market for PICO (bad reimbursement, no GPO/contract presence, lots of turnover, low existing sales). The Southeast as a whole does fairly well, but FL is the unfortunate exception. The growth numbers are super aggressive and it's a loooong sales cycle. About 35% of the sales force hit their target number last year and I don't think any of them were in FL. Good luck!

Life seemed a little bit better after FF left - I wonder how things are in Singapore

What is the base and comp plan for the FL area?

Base 62k. Typically add 15-18k commissions annually and a car.

Why are so many Santyl Reps leaving?

Who wants to sell Santyl its 100 years old and customers are using other cheaper products. Management and pay are both way below industry standards

Santyl is too expensive for most wound patients; why prescribe it when the patient isn't going to purchase it? I see more wound docs switching over to stuff like Medihoney and Hydroactive B.
