Same as all Syneos ... completely random at this point with the large number of unassigned vehicles in the fleet.

I hear the base is very low for this company

It’s not great at 70-80 but their plan seems solid for the long term future including a plan in place for getting thru Covid and that means more to me right now than 20k+ more at this point. I’m hoping for an offer to come thru any day.

Great opportunity with a smaller organization.

This thread has been so quiet! Anyone here on the contract? What do you think of the training?

Training just ok so far. Way too much Syneos required module stuff. Hoping to more actual product and specific product sales training for the field

it’s not a contract. Syneos is doing the operations side because Agile is so new.

You know the paystub says Syneos (Inventiv) Health, right? It's a contract. Maybe one that actually has a chance to rollover if the launch goes well. And the $0 copay is truth.

Again, you are incorrect. Syneos is just doing the operations for Agile. There are no separate Syneos managers that the reps report to; unlike if it was a contract sales team.

How does everyone feel this is going? A slow start...but we are in a pandemic!

Marketing needs to beef up the social media and print presence. I know that I am concerned with how much $ agile has and how long it will last
