Did you hear this info from the hiring manager? I haven’t heard from anyone yet, but was told a few months ago that my resume was being sent to hiring manager when they are placed. Wonder if I should follow up with the recruiter?

I would follow up with the recruiter this week. Info and timeline were given to me by the recruiter.

I was told the recruiters would reach back out in late Q2. The post on the comp plan sounds fishy.

This Company is going to fail. Great product but will end up being sold off under value. Reason being is the VP of Sales has no idea what he’s doing.

I believe recruiters are reaching out to people this week, maybe it depends what part of the country. I'm west coast and have not had anything as of yet, but was told I should be hearing something soon.

Still a mostly Rare Disease as a whole that won’t be recognized as such with the management and mindset behind the curtain....

I received the questions and sent them back. Spoke with a recruiter there on Friday of last week. She outlined the salary, car allowance, etc which is exactly as what is stated above already. Plan is for team to receive offer letters in August after panel interview. Letters will be contingent on a meeting they have in September with the FDA. Some candidates were talking to hiring managers this week per the recruiter. It probably depends on the area you live.

Sad but true. Big Pharma mentality will ruin this company.

What area do you live? I haven't received the questions yet and haven't received a rejection yet either. Hoping I'm still in the mix at this early stage.

8000 options is nice. Salary isn’t bad.

But $6375 per quarter annualized bonus?

Hope there a 6% match in addition to the $2000 401(k) contribution

Comp is lower then my current comp so i'll bow out. Once a year bonus is not for go getters like myself. Sorry but i like to make money, and this company is socialist company paying everyone the same. Everyone eats broccoli for dinner and thats it lol, except the management and CEO, im sure he/she has the steak dinner if you know what i mean, just like a socialist lol. Anyways this is going to be a tough sell with a lot of people dropping off this 24 week come in every 2 weeks therapy, just for a little bit of insurance against allergy, not a cure. If it was a cure people would come in no problem, but its an uncomfortable therapy, and imagine going to the dentist for a cavity drilling every 2 weeks :) how many would?

I completely agree. The fact that they intend to compensate everyone the same is both good and bad. In this case, the current non-negotiable compensation is just too low to even consider. It is unfortunate. Annual bonus structures don’t work unless the base more than makes up for it. Too bad, I was hopeful.
