    Any managers who interviewed for DM spots in Phx last week hear back yet?

    If reps will start to interview in early Sept ( Just asking since a DM interviewee stated that it a few posts back) when would Amgen be expected to make offers? Also would Amgen keep "new" reps for roughly six months doing training/ riding with other local reps? Or would Amgen make offers contingent on the FDA approval? What i have read is the product looks as if it will get approved, based on the studies. Just putting out out there.

    Any news on when rep interviews to start? Do you think it will be pushed back,since approval is not expected until May 2018?

    DM's to be placed first, then hiring of reps. DMs have not been placed yet- Interviews took place just a week ago. TSP (recruiting firm) has screened many reps that have applied and it was decided to place the managers so they can build their teams. FDA is to give a decision by 5/17/2018 (thereabouts). Onboarding and training to be completed in 4th quarter of year, possibly by November. Then start market prep until launch. So much to be done before launch. The months will fly by.

    Thanks for the update. When will the managers be announced and when will the reps be initially phone screened by the managers before moving forward?

    Reps must submit a semen or period blood sample for consideration. Amgen will be using its proprietary DeCODE technology to assess whether you have the selling gene. Managers will interview the reps with high selling, low loud mouth , high "yes man" genetics. A love for anal will also be factored in consideration here at Amgen.
