AIT Legal Woes in the News

    Let's not tell half-truths here.

    AIT itself is not a party to the DOL lawsuit. The lawsuit is between Dr. Michael Evans/PBI Bank and the DOL. The four other execs who originally made off with around $4 million each already settled.

    You mean Half-Lies.............

    For those of us that were actually working at AIT during this time....We all know Dr. Evans
    was CEO and on the board.... He was Mr. AIT founder and all.... Then he was off...then he was on again... Every thing that
    is happening legal wise is under Seal...So until that is lifted we wait for the truth....We all know form the advise of his attorneys he had to remove himself as CEO..It's all been a good chess match....... This is a John Grisham novel in the making.... At the end of the day
    a Crook is a Crook............

    How long will AIT be in business with total assets only at 1million.???
    Better hope the insurance companies pay something.............

    Maybe the PhD after his name stands for Post Hole Digger! The guy was an idiot who didnt believe what he rea. A legend in his own mind. I wonder what Orme, Thiem, and Peterson settled for?

    AIT settled with DOL last year with the other executives... if you settle how are you not part of it?
