I can’t give you any inside scoop as I don’t work there. However, there was a huge shake up in leadership. Google it. KJ was promoted into the Chief commercial officer position. Great guy and leader! Hopefully that flows down into the field.
Big salaries, generous bonus, car allowance & the TOUGHEST market. Leadership is good-hearted, but meandering In messaging. Top-heavy with VPs. Waaaaay too many VPs. Truly unqualified people have been promoted - a little depressing. We’re a bit isolated in the field. Overall, more positives than negatives. Typical start-up issues - lots of growing pains. Praying the new CEO can move us forward through this rocky time.
RUUUUNNNNNN wtf how many incompetent people can be promoted before this company tanks? One product struggling to compete Fe & with a competitor who is about to get approval for essentially the same therapy and now they’ve got a SQ - our only advantage - more importantly they have a superior safety profile. We are doomed. Leadership is a bunch of hacks - KJ must’ve posted that initial response referring to himself - there’s a guy that’s so removed from the field & the day to day sales he’s going to drive us into the ground, exactly as he did with the his prior company.
