WTF - Reps in both these states have to immediately cease from distributing samples as the company is seeking to obtain State Licenses due to consolidation of the company at NJ. Sleeping on the job. Guess that’s what you get when you hire rejects or piss poor performers from other Companies to run Sales Operations.
    What a shit show!

Your sales will go up when you stop sampling. In 10 years I’ve seen it happen every time.

Based on the recent sample data,SUN should stop all Ilumya sampling. Encourages dumb TMs to just sample drop and post a call with a signature. If there is no patient at the end of a sample, just means that the competition probably took the $2000 samples from the frige and no one knew Ilumya was gone.

Taking a look at the sample report made me want to vomit. Same reps over and over. At this point it doesn’t matter, pull the plug on sampling. We lost so much money!!! Embarrassing cluster f**k!

I’ve seen it work and not work. Sampling can help when you have buy in from dr and they are ready to go but with all our competitors samples in fridge, really why use ilumya? It’s the truth. Path of least resistance is the way a lot of offices go these days.

only a company like sun would not have proper licenses. home office is saying trade and samples restricted for Alabama. Something must have happened there

    Just ANOTHER example.
    We can’t do ANYTHING right.
    Not even sampling.

    FIRE THE ENTIRE HOME OFFICE.

Yes - and there is no timeline to when this will be resolved.
    To quote the email
“ As we continue to manage this issue, we will communicate updates accordingly. “
Guess that’s what you get with the caliber of people Sun hired - it’s so dysfunctional.

Incompetence at its finest. No wonder people are resigning left and right.

At this point, after so many f-ups at every corner, it’s not shocking.

I don’t think anyone could write a script ( as in TV show script) that could capture all the mistakes. It’s unbelievable.

Let’s see first the co-pay cards were turned off without anyone being informed until offices were complaining about the increase in price for their Rx. Second, a back order - manufacturing issues they say. 3rd a product recall. Now no sampling allowed for 2 States because of the need to get a license which could take up to 8 weeks or longer. And how does leadership respond - simple - dead silence. No directives to the affected Reps. No communication.

Seriously, how do people in Princeton keep their jobs ? Are there really no candidates who'd be willing to come here and replace these people ?

Florida rep here ... there seems to be a issue here too. Can’t have sample orders processed.

sucks to be a rep there. If an investigator ran into you and found your giving samples out for a company with no license, then I wonder if you can be held responsible.

If DEA is involved then that means the company has been shipping the generic controlled products without a license. This is a lot worse than what HO is telling us (NOTHING!)
