Tomorrow is going to be one week people started coming out with the advertisement scam of india.when SB allegedly decided to shunt sales managers who opposed the kick back scam and given low PMP ratings for people who stood very high in integrity and even awarded for the same.

if no investigation is initiated by January first week on SV & SB by regional or global complaince and an external reputed auditor like PWC, we will be posting publicly the details of each of the advertisement and the financial dealings behind it.and which doctor or hospital is the beneficiary of how many 1000's of dollars.

Sales managers from surgical & VC are united in this ( as you all know VC was boycotted by opticians association for derogatory and off label surgical advertisement done in national daily) and will be having an offline get together for this in Jaipur NSM during the break of award night. the details will be placed in the India Advertisement scam whats app group.

The attempts are already started in framing low profile employees to save the SBUH which is not acceptable to us , as the ownership of million dollar bill of advertisement has to be at the top and can not put coordinators as scapegoats. In this, sales and marketing team are together and don't try to divide us.

Good luck with that. This would be a direct violation of HIPAA and you be prosecuted accordingly.

What Nonsense.. it means that you agree that this is being done by top and they feel so protected that they have guts to threaten the upright members... this is the real face of big pharma and their hypocrisy in having code of business conduct.... sure this is going to drown Alcon India.... long overdue for arrogance of top management....

Since SB & SV is threatening with their HIPPAAA....here is the clue of what is going to be disclsoed

    1. Hospital from Bangalore - have 3 LenSx - advertisement kick back worth $80K
    2. Mumabi, doctor with whom Alcon did account settlement with losing money
    3. Kolkata corporate hospital

    rest later

    what an ignorance !
HIPAA is health insurance portability and accountability act. SB don't expose your earlier job of the hospital admin. your actions of advt for alleged kick back to docs and influence NPPA on price control comes under FCPA

you stupid SB, money given to hospital in the name of advertisement for getting business. where is the patient?

yes you did all these advertisement in the cover up of patient awareness, that all know. there is only surgical head, key doctors of hospitals , a 3rd party ad agency are only involved in this. no patient
