Alexion just posted several first line leader roles and some thought leader liaison positions. Rumor is regional account managers to support ANDEXXA acquisition to come soon (product has a whole host of challenges in the hospital that would lead them to look closely at former sage employees). Some former Sageans already there and are willing to help with referral..
Be careful in that this company has very niched products and faces significant challenges on the pricing front. As for former Sageans there, please provide us with their names. If they our former sales management types, I would be very cautious of potential lies they may state. Remember when BS told us there were plenty of jobs for Sageans!!
Word of caution here is smart. But appears to be more stable than most. Certainly not a Sage. Commercially profitable with strong products in rare and ultra-rare disease, although competition coming. Most of the current position appear to cover their recent acquisition of Portola. That product might be a tough sell. LinkedIn search shows me several home office people landed at Alexion. LM from patient support, DCD from commercial ops, TS from training. A couple from the field that left before the purge, RW and CA. Maybe worth a chat?
