No actually they are spot on! First all you have to do is look at what the goals are, yes there are a few territories that have a very very attainable goal, majority are never going to hit it. Then look at how we are incentivized in disguise is the 6 month goals with a very meager payout at 3 months bulk of payout comes at month 6 causeing one to have a greater tax bill by the way! DBLs are running crazy they’ve even dragged the manage care reps down the rabbit hole by requiring them to be out in the field 2xs/week even if no issues. Finally hearing rumblings of PIPs being handed out if not made goal. Never mind the ridiculous numbers given to majority of territories. So yes those almighty sitting in OZ still have no clue as to the Behavioral Health market when your 4th out & now given the task to get viv moving????? If only they had a clue
