    “The women who filed the lawsuit — all of whom left Forest several years ago — charged that the drug maker deprived women of the same pay, bonuses, and promotions that were given to male employees, and also lowered internal rankings for women who took maternity leave. “Gender discrimination is Forest’s standard operating procedure rather than a sporadic occurrence,”
    Ain’t that the truth!! JL this lawsuit is a direct reflection of your cronyism and poor leadership. FRX the motel 6 of pharma!

    Unfortunately, although it was available earlier this morning, STAT has since put the article linked behind a paywall. You can also find some information on this Reuters article, and a link to the court case here.

    There was/is GENDER DISCRIMINATION in the LEGACY Allergan divisions!!!! The BOTOX Neuroscience division. No one contacted us - it's so bad!

    In this particular Stat article, there was a publicly available link to a court document, which is why we shared it.
