What did the Lancaster rep do?

 

I’m pretty certain that is who called an African American rep her slave and continued to accuse a straight male of being gay our meeting.

 

There’s always a sour grape in the bunch

 

The dog lady had law suites filed , called HR on reps for compliance reasons she was a wrecking ball looking for attention!

 

She was a human resources nightmare!

 

The Key account manager positions are not all filled. Six people actually left full time employment for a contract. I would have to guess a Roll-in was the selling point? 47 former LTC reps can share that story, the situation will not be any different.

 

The dynamics will not work......syneos is recruiting positions that at that level will either be out of work reps or have another business. The salaries are substantially increased from the last group that they put out to pasture. The share of voice was minimized and the salary maximized.
