You most likely will get an offer. Do not pay attention to the negatives on here, I have been here a short while and love it.

 

You must not work here. No one has 4 interviews and a video interview. They hire people on 2 interviews most of the time. 1 with DM, 1 with RD. This place is a hell hole and most are dojng anything they can to get out. Even the top people are checking the job boards to see if their job has been posted.
