If Amedica goes bankrupt then Sonny Bal their CEO gets assets based off the loan he gave them through his North Stadium company. No wonder why everyone sees this as a scam. Tank the company so CEO can make out in the end with the IP? How does this not raise red flags Dana or Boston745 or whoever you are?

Awe ... how cute & very desperate...let me help you out, you should send the below info. to Zimmer IR, JOD, FTC, CIA, FBI, SEC, Secret Service, Seal Team, Delta Force, Pentagon, Congress, Buffet, Gate, Bezos....etc ... LMAO!

    #1 - Quote from zimmer-biomet 10-k:

    p.32

"We believe long-term indicators point toward sustained growth driven by an aging global population, growth in emerging markets, obesity, proven clinical benefits, new material technologies, advances in surgical techniques and more active lifestyles, among other factors. In addition, demand for clinically proven premium products and patient specific devices are expected to continue to positively affect sales growth in markets that recognize the value of these advanced technologies. "

    Filed on Feb 27th, 2018!

Whoever typed that in Zimmer's 2017 Financial Report should go to jail, right? LMAO!

#2 - Even Hanson should go to jail too? LMAO!

"In terms of our innovation capabilities, Zimmer Biomet is uniquely positioned to leverage platform technologies across our entire portfolio, including advanced proprietary materials and surgical robotics applications. As a company, we plan to build on this foundation. We will have an unwavering emphasis on patient safety and quality excellence, creating an engaged and innovative workplace and working to position the company to deliver top quartile total shareholder returns."

"That said, based on everything I've learned, I am more confident than ever that this business is going to turn around. Although the pacing may not be what you expected or hoped for, I'm 100% confident that the end game is going to be something you're going to be very happy about. So thanks so much. I appreciate you joining the call today. I'm looking forward to connecting with you between now and earnings call, I’m sure, through various events, but really looking forward to connecting on the first quarter earnings call as we give guidance for 2018. Thanks so much."

Who has the above mentioned... advanced biomaterial technologies?

backed by CASCADE (cervical) & SNAP (lumbar) random blinds clinical trials!

& piles of evidence - stack as high as mount Everest - that show the deep connections between Zimmer & Amedica already!

The Market Makers, Hedge Fund Managers & the et at...are really mad that the dog can't wag the tail anymore...to convince the readers to listen to their grasping of straws.

Only thing they can do is to come up with more illegal activities:

Amedica appears to be headed into the shitter. Maybe Zimmer will buy their assets out of bankruptcy.

None of this surprises me. Had an interview with Amedica eight years ago and their sales director (at the time) was in love with himself and boasted how he didn't have to work, he was just doing a favor by hiring Amedica's sales force. He then began to tell me how he was suing Merck because he took Vioxx for a month and had a heart attack. Mind you, this guy was 300+lbs and barely fit in his chair! I respectfully ended the interview, got up and walked out. No way was I working for a company that let this guy be sales director.

Desperation is a sad thing to witness. We used to feel sorry for you, now you are the verge of a complete mental breakdown and it's all your fault. Hit a nerve when I touched on how you have lost everything believing in Amedica I see. Here is some free advice, quit buying this shit. Get your kid the medication he probably needs from dealing with daddy's bad decisions.

I can't recall, did Trabecular Metal do kill bacteria & yeast? No i don't believe so. Hell it could barely fuse properly in the spine let alone kill bacteria. Maybe just maybe, the above article will help some understand why Zimmer would be so interested in Si3N4.

lol, another garbage study on Si3N4. Sonny Bal will get all Assets once Amedica goes bankrupt as the he the CEO of Amedica gave a loan to the Amedica in which it will give him all assets when he fails to pay himself back. Amedica is nothing more then a penny stock scam at this point, with toxic financing AGAIN and more dilution coming again to shareholders. Amedica can barely pay the light bill at this point without asking for more money. Wall Street calls these companies penny stock scams. When the CEO hides from everyone, shareholders have lost 99%, and revenue down year after year to basically nothing for a med device company.
Sonny Bal should have been voted out at last years annual meeting which he refused to hold (causing Amedica to be delinquent to Nasdaq). Now Sonny Bal has is a hostile CEO of this company and will not back down or hold the meeting to have him removed. this has SCAM written all over it. The 24/7 pumping of a stock that has lost shareholders EVERYTHING makes this stock look even more of a scam. Just look at Amedicas Chart. Google AMDA and get ready to see why everyone calls this company a joke.

The only scam is you taman and you expose your true motives with posts like this.
Every ortho company worth anything should want a material that naturally fights against bacteria which gets into every surgical site. Even if you dont think the material is the next gen ortho material, you have to admit every ortho co should have this in their portfolio.

  13. anonymous

Ask yourself why no ortho company cares.... lol. 20+ years and still nobody cares about si3n4 except the auto industry for turbos. Sounds and Looks like Sonny Bal will own everything via his loan to Amedica. Now that IS shady as fuck. No mattter how you look at things.

Here is the chart for the lazy to see for themselves that Amedica has always been a sinking ship. Those lines are 2 reverse splits on the stock also.... that's not a good thing... CEO or IR will not answer questions, they just want more money from investors as the recent S1 on 2/14/18 has shown only 1 month after doing another toxic finance deal with Josh Sason of Magna group. The Only recent FDA 510k submission was denied also.... How many red flags can one throw?

    anonymous Guest

LMAO...tell everyone to see the chart you manipulated! Are you from ceramtec? and/or

Market Makers, Hedge Funds managers, etc... (the white collar thieves) are getting desperate...trying very hard to manipulate share price...more lies = discredit your own manipulative self..illegally spread misleading information again...recent FDA 510K submission is still pending:

The company has received feedback from the FDA on its 510k submission for the “C+CSC with Lumen” spinal implant and is submitting a response.
    https://investors.amedica.com/press-releases/detail/113/amedica-provides-business-update

If I read your mind correctly, I know you will b*tch about CSC denied from FDA...blah blah blah

    1. It was not Amedica's fault...more like FDA itself because original CSC was approved by EU years ago!

All info can be found here:

    https://amedicablog.wordpress.com/

    2. This current C+CSC with lumen (tinier bone graft from 2nd surgical site compare to traditional method) will predicate to original CSC (Zimmer will get this approved later! FDA will not give Zimmer a hard time! NO bone graft needed, no 2nd surgical site, which only can be done by Si3N4 biomaterial!!!! NOT PEEK! NOT TITANIUM! NOT ZTA !)

& Look more interesting info below:

    Biomaterials and more
As you'd expect, orthopedic implants are very "high tech." Their designs can be quite complex, and the materials used to make them, called biomaterials, are highly developed. Examples of biomaterials include titanium, cobalt-chrome, polyethylene, and Trabecular Metal™ material.

    Trabecular Metal material
Trabecular Metal material is not a coating, like the surface of many hip replacements. Rather, it is an advanced, three-dimensional material that closely resembles your body’s natural cancellous bone. Trabecular Metal Technology, made of Tantalum metal, has a high level of friction to provide immediate stability for the hip joint. It also has a high level of porosity.

    http://www.zimmer.co.uk/patients-caregivers/article/hip/zimmer-hip-materials.html

Similar content was on USA main website weeks ago, recently they updated to this (NO MORE Trabecular Metal...just generic wordings due to Si3N4 is still not yet officially owned by Zimmer as of now - which everyone is waiting for the acquisition announcement):

What Materials Are Implants Made Of?

Orthopaedic implants can be quite complex, and the materials used to make them, called biomaterials, are highly developed. In the United States, the FDA requires extensive testing before a new material may be used in an orthopaedic implant. The materials most commonly used have a long history of clinical use with great success.

There are many different biomaterials, but there is no single biomaterial that is best for all implants and all patients. The specific requirements of an implant material vary depending on how the implant is designed to be used

An orthopaedic implant has a challenging job. As you go about your daily activities, an implant may encounter mechanical forces that tend to push on it, pull on it, bend it, scrape it, or wear against it. These forces can cause the implant to break or wear out over time. It is also subjected to the many natural chemicals inside the human body. Some of these chemicals may tend to corrode some materials. In order for an implant to perform under these conditions, it must be made from materials that can withstand these forces and chemical environment in the patient.

Whether an implant is designed to replace a joint, or help repair a fracture, several physical and biological characteristics are important when selecting the material for the implant. For example, an implant must be sufficiently strong, flexible, and resistant to wear. But that doesn’t mean the strongest material, or the most flexible material, is the best material.

The ideal implant material should have physical characteristics that match those of the bone it is replacing or reinforcing. After all, orthopaedic implants are attached to your bones, and they must work with your bones to restore function. This usually requires a balance of physical characteristics. Your bones, for example, are strong but flexible. This combination helps them withstand forces as high as several times your weight without breaking.

Obviously, physical characteristics are important to orthopaedic materials; but biological characteristics are just as important. When we talk about biological characteristics, we mean the biological effect the material has on the body, as well as the effect the body has on the material.

Can ZTA works with bone? DON'T THINK SO!

Less Weight Decrease, which leads to less corrosive compares to Ziconia

    http://www.ijmse.net/uploadfile/2016/0715/20160715041827481.pdf
(Look at the table on Page 120 - Higher Fracture Toughness than gold standard ZTA!)

Less wear compares to gold standard:

As previously announced, Amedica completed five million cycle (Mc) wear testing of silicon nitride femoral heads in comparison to the industry-standard zirconia-toughened alumina (ZTA). Silicon nitride produced less wear, and less oxidative damage to the polyethylene than ZTA. Testing is continuing through 12 million cycles. Additional testing of the corrosion resistance of silicon nitride femoral heads is in progress toward a regulatory filing.

completed a five million cycle (Mc) comparative hip simulator study examining the wear behavior of an advanced highly cross-linked and vitamin E stabilized polyethylene (E1® Zimmer-Biomet, Warsaw, IN, USA) against two different types of ceramic femoral heads

That chart is from Nasdaq LOL!!!! . Someone sounds really desperate to not want the truth out there about the stock price of Amedica and how the company has lost investors over 99% of there money with 2 RS. New toxic financing now with Josh Sason of Magna and a S1 that will have Amedica asking shareholders for more money until the CEO Sonny Bal can get all assets from the loan he gave the Company he is CEO of. Nobody at Amedica owns shares of this company! NOBODY. Why would the CEO buy shares when he gets assets if the company goes bankrupt?

Zimmer has increased investments into its SPECIALIZED sales FORCES so much so that it had to mention it on its 10-K. This is something new to their 10-K as no mention of training specialized forces in their 10-K's from 2014-2016; could go further back as i only checked the last 3 10-ks. 2014 had mergers with Biomet & about 7 other companies in 2016 but that didn't heavy investment in specialized sales staff.
Why would Zimmer need to invest so much money to train its specialized sales force across its portfolio? Kind of elevates Hanson's quote from the CC to another level don't you think?

That's crazy that's real. Makes that Amedica guy look like more of an idiot for sure. Also it shows the lowest price ever traded was yesterday? Is that right? Market Cap of 6.5 million? No wonder this Amedica guy is all over zimmers page. I didn't realize it was this bad over there.
