Conference call Monday at 8am, Tuesday 8am and 4pm, Wednesday 4pm, Thursday 4pm. Not to mention a Business Development meeting every week for 2 hours talking about how we are going to get business, when no one in town wants to use us. Ignore the fact our operations stink and plan events/ call bingo. Got to love oblivious leadership and being micro managed for reasons out of your control. I have a budget of $200 how am I supposed to develop relationships with Doctors with pens and pads??????

Well same here at Heatland/HCR ManorCare....this job is way more complex than “calling” on dr....but guess we should be happy we have a job that pay $60-70k with a possible bonus and we get mileage reimbursement hahahahaha
