Does anyone else feel that this contract is really unfair to Inventiv reps? First of all, the arrogant Amgen reps have treated us like we are complete morons and their total inferiors from the beginning. Secondly, we are expected to do the exact same amount of work and held to the same standards/expectations while earning about $40,000 (or more) less in base pay. I seriously think that Amgen feels that we are just so lucky to be working for them that we should be happy to just suck it up. These people need a serious reality check. They did a lousy job launching Repatha, and now that the drug is sucking wind because managed care refuses to pay for it, they are blaming us. Amgen is not the company I thought it was, by a long shot.
