Why can't we work it out that either chrome or explorer works for Amgen links to get business done? Why do I have to call the help desk for everything, only to be put on hold by some call center in Kolkata? Damn, at least Celgene's call center was some meatballs in Jersey who I could understand.
What I don't get is that no matter what mandatory course I try to take, I get redirect to the Vault and there is no way to get out except to shut it down. I even called the help desk and they said just to restart. We did that three times and same result. WTF? The IT transition has convinced me to leave. I'll do what's needed to get my money in April, but I am out of here. This is a joke.
I soooo miss my IT meatballs at Celgene! Now I’m just calling directly to India and have to ask to repeat constantly. As if this process isn’t bad enough!
