Where is SB when you need him. Lots of rumors swirling around here. Not sure why they want to change this up without reducing head count. All they need to do is have a hiring freeze for a semester and than change everything up. There is entirely too many reps out here with nothing to do. In this day in age there is NO reason to have an overlay or counterpart...its just makes no sense.
Doing layoffs just before Thanksgiving make for maximum disruption and pain in the affected employees. So that's what they will probably do.
I really hope there will be a reduction in force, but it is not going to happen with the upcoming meeting. Too many reps with not enough work. One rep per territory PLEASE!!!!
The RED team is so overloaded with reps....Hey Mike Tuller - if you are listening, the answer is not to put two reps in high performing territories and one rep in low performing territories. Please get this right. Either make the territories bigger with 2 reps, or have one rep in the territory with a RAS. The sad truth is that layoffs need to occur....Get it right!!!!
You are a dumbass along with MT. Only one qualified rep is needed. We want to be accountable and rewarded for performance. RAS are a waste as they don't get shit accomplished.
why change anything without a headcount reduction? We only need one rep in each territory. This is ridiculous. Each base rep has about 75 targets. If one rep cannot handle this then they should have never been hired
