I have tried over and over for sales positions at Amgen. When I apply, they almost always call me for a screen interview. In the last 4 months, two jobs came up that I was a perfect fit for. I had the phone screen, but once they find out I have a disability which has never hindered my stellar performance, I never hear back from them. Diversity includes hiring those with a disability. I am professional, attractive, and hard-working sales representative with many awards in my background. I currently rank in the top 22% in the nation for sales. So why do they never call me back? It has to be the disability. So sad.
They lay people off just for being over 50. So I doubt that the company cares about anyone's health condition.
