    Not everyone is meant to make it. the best rise, the weak get weeded out. That is how corporate works. Weak people don't hit numbers and get piped and cut. The circle of life. You have been coddled all your life and realty is now hitting you. Kinda sucks suck it up buttercup.

    Well respected reps with great track records will continue to leave - sad cause this place could have been outstanding instead of barely standing. 1. Set realistic goals 2. Provide resources 3. Pay for performance 4. Promote from within 5. Repeat = Amazing Culture

    im sure they regret many of their decisions but too prideful to admit it. All those that tried to speak up or help fix things were pushed out by managers that have something to prove.... their way or the highway. no accountability on the top... reps great target for the blame-game

    Some left some threatened to leave and got counter offered/promoted. 1 KAM, 3 AMs rolled many more to come. Does Corp know that we know our bonus is basically cut in 1/2? Look up what the Ave A/C rep maid in 2015, 2016, and now; its mind blowing! FIX goals, Lower Thresholds, or BYE BYE!

    My income has gone up every year since the G acquisition.
    Stop threatening, it's what children do. Leave and go bitch on your new companies board about your goal being to high.

    I agree your income WENT up and now the leaders are cutting "losses" and raising goals, raising kicker thresholds, paying shit for a 28M dollar product launch, and screwing reps on super bonus... can't wait for a real player to enter this space.

    Great message! Leaders should listen up.... or they can have a meeting built on waste(s) of time in the field then make the reps do BS Forecasts, BS time wasting Spreadsheets, and BS Veeva Data entry. All this on top of normal expense reports, trainings/paperwork, and Inventory. Don't have a shot clock killer POA and dump tons of sh!t on reps at the end of the qtr if you want sales. All this and you are paying reps less? Watch next up is a BS Spiff or Perk Points- you all suck! Bring back O'Neill only one with a F'n clue!!!

    Almost all of the people that have tried wherever possible to provide long-term value to A&C are leaving or have been urged out over the last several years. The weasels that pose as management have no idea what it takes to succeed in this field. We need new product urgently!
