Anne Sigouin (GM ArjoHuntleigh) willingness to hurt the business

    The North American GM Anne Sigouin shows disturbing behaviors. She can’t be challenged in whatever she said. If you provide her with feedback, she will deny anything she doesn’t want to hear. Her lack of confidence is such that she will, like a child, ignore you. Once she has isolated you, she would ensure you get no support even if this is detrimental to the business. At the end, it is about her only, not about the business.

    She built her authority by favoring people over others. Only those that make her feel good are listened. This restricted group of individuals simply repeat what she wants. Doing so she doesn't understand what truly drive the business and take short term bad decisions. Impulsive she aims to control people ending up in micromanagement and no vision. Not a source of inspiration but rather a selfish individual.

    Why the repeat above, can't you make your point once!
    She ain't that bad, it is about managing her disproportionate ego. But she is great managing up. No one seems to know what is really going on. Ask Anne 3 simple questions.... and seek she will struggle answering:
    What customer centric actions she took since at Arjohuntleigh?
    What's her vision?
    How does she motivate people?

    So I guess your point is the same she simply doesn't care about others than herself. As a rep you can either do what she says and end up losing sales or do what is right for the business. Both ways you will end up in trouble and she will either fire you or make your life miserable ( if too expensive for her to package you). Sad but true, focus in making her feel good and you should be fine.
    How such a serious company end up with someone with so low ethical standards?
    Why can't her superiors investigate staff morale & customers perception?
    Can no one sees how bad she is for the business? Who cares?

    You got it right, for Anne, success is a team outcome, a failure is a representative to blame.
