Sigouin is a good corporate politician and a mediocre leader.

Just took a look at Q3 2020 results, USA did well. Nice work team.

You would have to be a complete moron not to make money in your market during this time. The pandemic was a gift to Arjo and no reflection of the companies leaders competencies in the market.

Given the pandemic and current opportunities in the space (bed needs), Arjo would have to be a compete group of m.o.r.o.n.s not to have a good Q3 result. Take no credit for management competencies because there is not.

Arjo market share has declined in North America. The main reason is the inability to attract, keep AND motivate staff. Sigouin management style is obsolete.

A simple analysis, turnover rate, prior Sigouin and during, would tell it all. People don’t leave a company, they leave a boss. A lot of great employees left Anne.

What true value Sigouin brings to Arjo ? Simple answer, none.

From a rep point of view she's an obstacle.

I found her very inauthentic and her interest in subordinates fake, and was never moved by any of her speeches. Always hard to get buy in from an inauthentic leader.

    Communication is not her strength.

Do what told by Sigouin and you'll end up a pushy rep that sounds desperate.

Do what told and you'll lose business. If you lose business, you'll be fired.

Don't do what told and you'll get fired.

A rookie is likely to perform better than Sigouin when dealing with c-suite. It is a shame to have a president with no selling skills.

The key unanswered question, what is she good for?
