Sigouin is an evil manager using the fear factor. You shouldn't fear the evil.

Understanding Sigouin budget process is knowing who's she's truly is.

 

Sigouin implemented a top down model. She decides who gets what. It's not based on territories potential but rather she likes you or not. She express her leadership using her favorite card: favoritism.

 

And she played another game. whatever budget she gets from Sweden, she jacks it up. She made her bonus but not most managers and reps. This is Sigouin playing games by hurting others.

 

Leave her alone, she's a little afraid girl trying to play in the big world..

 

She's immature and insecure.

 

Sigouin is so good at pretending, in reality she can't grasp key business drivers. Her true references is about what will her boss thinks.

 

The borders are now open. Does anyone think Anne S will make it to the US before the end of the year?

 

So many negative comments and no one to defend her.

 

I refer to her supporters, if any, they are silent.

Loyal people tell management what management needs to hear, not necessarily what it wants to hear. Sigouin punish honesty and she surrounded herself with people who tell her lies.
