it sounds like you are looking for a place to collect a nice salary, do little work, and fly under the radar?
    Not possible here.
The entire company will know how many referrals you are generating from day 1. If you don't perform, you will not last 8 months.
Money is good, but it is a hard, hard job.

Your Home office looks like the Munsters Mansion. Dark, gloomy, everyone dressed in dirty jeans and sweat shirts and located in a dingy little business park.

Sept 15th, everyone's stock is supposed to vest. (13 months post close of the acquisition). Mass exodus. could be opportunity for new folks. Perspective is all about where you are and what you are leaving.

The Hayward office is like something out of the Middle Ages. That place should be disinfected, sealed off and shut down.

Trust me, you haven't truly seen dysfunctional until you experience the mallinckrodt home office! Its truly in a class by itself. Not in a good way.

The marketing department could use a few dozen more people. I love riding with marketing people every other month so they can turn a vacation into a business trip.

This place is a zoo. Beware the pulm division. Unrealistic and bad management.
