Just a month and a half away until compounding pharmacy flood gates open. Oct Levulan patent expiration right around the corner.

 

Compounding is not an issue now or post- expiry.

Suns issues are way bigger than any potential compounding.

 

You are correct that they have bigger issues however you underestimate how BIG compounding will become when patent expires. The patent is the ONLY thing legally stopping compounding right now. After expiration Sun has ZERO recourse to stop it. Mark my words....layoffs will follow.

 

Perhaps I am underestimating the impact of compounding. Just not hearing any buzz in my area about it.
