Another New England rep quit?

Can anyone confirm? Just heard another rep quit up there. Any idea what's going on?

Yeah calling BS on that just checked and there's only 1 spot open in New England

 

They stopped posting vacancies. Yikes!!!

 

Just because only one job is posted doesn't mean folks didn't jump off that sinking ship. Eight reps in a year is true. And over fifteen months it's nine reps in total

Only one listed as open? Makes you think doesn't it there are definitely going to be changes in April

Maybe they had the right idea. Any district at full roster look out the ax is going to fall and maybe three spots will be erased there too

9 reps quit in a little more than a year There are 4 reps left. Back to the original question. WTF is going on up there?

Wow.....that is terrible to know so many great reps left up there! I knew a few of the NE reps who were at DSI for some time and so valuable. I hope management and HR are looking into this and are in the "works" to resolve the problem before they loose the remaining reps!!!!

 

If you think anyone in HR etc. gives two shits if a rep(s) leaves your either new to DSI or a just stupid.. perhaps both!

 

Looks to me like the writing is on the wall. 2 Gold Cup winners bolted so it's not shit performers getting shoved out, 1 of the last to leave was hired less than 6 months ago so it's not like people are tapped out. Couldnt there be an obvious reason that made so many people from a district say fuck this and leave?

 

Hearing all this in such a short time period and one new rep leaving within 6 months and tenure people leaving it must be the DM!

NE has or had some great reps! I knew many of them from meetings! So many leaving in such a short time.........what the hell happened? No one knew of the issues WTF? Good for them they don't have to deal with sitting by their phones on Friday!

 

Google still works. Maybe the layoff will clean house up there and if not they've got a real shot at bringing civil suit
