Loosing JW was the worst thing that happened. He was smart to jump when he did! I wish I had got laid off. Sad times at Promius. Good luck sales team

It's clear that RC and the group in India cannot be trusted. They are clearly the source of the problems. It's all about fast profits with no investment and no regard for people. Typical Indian management style...just ask people at Ranbaxy and other Indian companies. RC doesn't understand our business. What real experience does he have in sales and marketing? What does an Indian generic company know about the U.S. branded dermatology market? The key people that do understand the business are leaving. We are left with RC, RD, ES and MD in home office. RD in particular is only concerned about his career. The strongest part of the company is the sales team and we get no respect.

How true! So much has changed since we started three years ago. A once promising company is no more. The brightest part of promius has always been the sales force. JW hired the best and most exprience people!

JW caused us to go without a bonus for a year for most of us. First bonus after he leaves is the second highest payout ever and the fastest payout ever. Losing him hasn't hurt one bit its only helped

 

Again, another idiot comment. JW was not the cause of you not getting bonus for a year. India was responsible for that because they made us stick to unrealistic forecasts that the ex-president submittted before they canned him. JW always tried to get us more money on the bonus side and was always kicked down. Who do you think pushed through the plan that got you that nice bonus we just received? JW did that before he left, jackass. Think what you will, he always had our best interest at heart.

 

Its so pathetic that JW would come back here to try to deflext blame and take undue credit. Those forecasts were done by RD and JW far after JWass got canned. Nice try. And the current quota was set way after JW left. We aren't as dumb as you think buddy.

 

I agree with the above poster. Plus doesn't Dr. Reddy's fiscal year start April 1? JW left in May so our current quotas which have resulted in the big payouts where set by him long before he left. You should also be thankful that he worked so hard to get us Cloderm. It may not be a blockbuster but at least we have something to sell with EpiCeram going away.
