Start preparing, major reorg happening after the year ends in October. Layoffs, office closings, division/ region realignments. It’s coming.
No doubt there will be some adjustments (layoffs) made. Leadership is realizing that 3 reps + an MEA in each territory is far too expensive. My guess is they go to one hybrid and maybe two tops. Lots of positions will be axed.
Any solid info on that or just rep speculation? I’ve been thinking the same. With numbers way down how sustainable is this??
My manager told me they had a huge leadership call and now had to rank reps from top to bottom. Apparently, they are gonna cut the lowest ranked reps
