    It's really over. There is no white knight riding in to save the day. Expect big numbers will be let go. BMS moves fast to maximize the savings. At least we'll be out of our misery soon.

    The record of how things happened is all very public information. Amazing the information that has to be filed with the SEC. This has been in the works for months with BMS.
