Great question. Why in the last year has everyone from the previous COE circle of excellence winners left. Not the most recent COE last years.
Edwards isn't a start-up, but is a leading medical device company. Different way of selling than pharma. Start-ups are all-hands, creative, chaotic, stressful and a lot of fun, but the payoff isn't guaranteed. It's a lot easier to work for an established company, but not as much fun. Probably better than working at CSL, thought, which behaves like an old, slow has-been, with so-so leadership and delusions of its own importance and meaning to patients. Take a look around!
