    Training is awful here. No adult learning no enthusiasm. The new person heading up training is a 2 faced bimbo who lacks adult learning knowledge. AWFUL!

    If ANY company rely's on a training dept, a RD, a DM, a ROTA, etc, etc, to "teach" the people THEY hired on how to sell, they're in denial. This product will take time. Time Shionogi doesn't have.

    Shionogi "rely's" on your dumbass to jumpstart Osphena. Have Shionogi pay for your Hooked on Phonics classes. Osphena's future "relies" on it.

    Love it. That prior poster needs a spell check. Training is NOT just about teaching to sell however. Most successful training provides the entire backbone of selling. Shionogi does not have it. You have moronic managers sometimes coming in to train. Imagine? Also the training team now including the new head are a joke! Clueless and lacking meaning of facilitation, training and adult principles of learning. You all need to get away from this didactic influence selling BS. You were sold a bill of goods and it ain't working dudes!

    Honest truth: There is no training here. The worst ever. It was and is not run by a training or educational leader. Instructional design is poor and workshops are not organized or facilitated with enthusiasm or knowledge. The new person is clueless. Everyone thinks they can train but only 2% are top notch. Here we have no training. I have never seen anything as bad as this.
