I think the starting salaries for reps are between 60 and 70k, depending on the area. We also provide medical, dental, short and long-term disability, and Aflac supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) with a match. Reps also get a car allowance and commission. Last I heard, the commission is between 8 and 12 percent, depending on monthly sales as well as growth over time.</p><p><br /></p><p>I imagine that the culture varies upon the region and how the regional managers handle the reps. My main focus has been to assist the reps with their sales while balancing the needs of the company in regards to good accounting practices and fda / regulatory requirements. Outside of those two concerns, I think the reps have a lot of latitude in the way that they go about their business.</p><p><br /></p><p>There have been some terminations recently, followed by some nasty things posted here on Cafe Pharma. Please take such things with a grain of salt. As a previous poster mentioned, there is no national manager.
