Anyone familiar with the maternity benefit at INC?

We were recently acquired by INC (I've been at Kendle for years) and I was hoping to get some info the INC maternity coverage/benefit. All I keep hearing is that they haven't ironed out those details in our merger-----as I know the Kendle policy, I am hoping that some knowledge of the INC policy will help me formulate some expectations!
