They want to tell everyone that they will make a cameo in the next Austin Powers movie.

This is what Arbor has created - paranoia in the salesforce. People are all worked up wondering about what is going to be on the WebEx on Friday. Why is that? I will tell you why. It is the culture at Arbor. The reps don't trust that their jobs are secure. The layoffs in November were handled poorly with an alarming e-mail the day they let some people go. They have been on a witch hunt firing people for things on Equo, Geotab & Veeva apparently. They have the managers looking at this stuff making them the new "big brother".

Why wouldn’t the reps be paranoid? They let people go cause business wasn’t good and it’s only gotten worse since. How is another layoff not coming? Arbor isn’t a company that has money to burn.

Are we going communist? Hail Dear Leader.....it has a certain ring to it. Leave it to Arbor to bring in the Chinese. I'm sure the fact that we aren't making any money was lost in translation.

Resigning doesn’t make sense. He has been here awhile and has lots of stock. Why would you leave when you are the finish line of this disaster?

He was the individual who challenged upper management regarding iq2020 data being incorrect. One of the few managers willing to stand up for his people, doubt it was his choice to leave. Arbor nation, one less manager with a backbone, just the way the board likes it.

It’s cool if he did that and he was 100% right but at this point everyone should be aware of the fact that Arbor management doesn’t like people that question them regardless of whether or not it’s valid. Such an awful culture.

Like any Arbor manager would stand up to upper management....nice try. When was the last time an Arbor manager tried to fight to get data corrected....Never. They are too scared to lose their stock options!

you have it all wrong!! Thom’s call is about giving sales force credit for cash. They heard our cry and they are going to do something about it. It’s the Arbor Way

The way Thom likes it. He is a terrible person to lead this company.

I heard it was to announce that they have decided to remove Equo and GeoTab because they listened to feedback from the field and decided there is no need to track reps anymore.
