Anyone know if Spiracur is going to be affected by reimbursement changes this year?

Yes, reimbursement for snap was affected with the 2015 CMS ruling. They were assigned new CPT codes that only reimburse $150, which doesn't even cover the cost of the product. No longer an option for HOPD. Here is the CMS ruling discussing this cut in reimbursement and the new CPT codes.
