    Anyone know what percentage a zimmer distributor pays a total joint rep?

    Varies amongst Distributors. They make 17% on sales. Rep may collect anywhere from 5-10%. (10% reserved for very experienced reps, large territories, etc.) Important question to ask, who covers day to day business expenses? 8% may sound great on the surface but, not so great if you have to pay all your own expenses.....do your homework.
