    did anyone see that coming?
    Any thoughts on it all?
Did they keep cheaper Braintree reps?

I think Braintree reps are younger and make less. Sebela was paid more like a pharma sales force. You don’t need a pharma sales force to sell the products they have- not much of a scientific sale. They just need bodies to deliver samples and lunch. That’s who they kept. The pipeline is mostly nonscience products. Easy sell.

They weren’t looking at sales results when making decisions in who to let go. All the top reps are gone as well as everyone else who made a pharm rep salary. This was all about money. Can’t blame them for that.

    Blood bath for sure.
    Were any managers let go?

It was done in the most classless way too. Layoffs are never handled well, but the way in which it was handed down and the timing of it has made me lose all respect for corporate and leadership. I’ll be looking elsewhere now. Good luck to all.

    Anyone in management let go?

I know that a manager in GI was demoted back to rep level, which she has been twice now. Can’t imagine that she’s going to stick around very long. Wasn’t a good rep or manager.

Do not even think of working at Sebela. Even if you need a job. Two restructures in less than a year.people joined the company for the stock options that are pretty much worthless. The only thing Autumn and Scott care about is their option, which is .08 per share. This option also expires in 2020, so if you weren’t laid off yet you will be by then.

People joined the company for stock options??? Really???That’s what sold them on joining? Acquiring a company and adding revenue isn’t a restructure its a move for growth that adds value. You must've been moved to hybrid and considered that a restructure as well?? More of a move to set up the acquisition and GROW. You should’ve sold more Analpram and maybe you’d still have a job.
So what if everyone did get laid off by 2020? It’s pharma.Did you expect your job to be guaranteed forever? How about you tell us what Autumn and Scott owe you specifically? Should they only make decisions based on what benefits you?How much did you produce for Sebela? Do you think you sold more than you made in salary, commissions, car and benefits? Probably not since you still don’t have a job. You’re a crybaby and will find a way to fail at anything you do in life but you’ll always blame others.
    Viva la Sebela!!

I bet you totally killed it and that’s why you got fired. You were so good at your job and sold so much that you got canned. They kept the rest of the top performers except you because you intimidated them with all your drug rep talent. You’re so talented that you can’t find a new job and you spend your days at home in sweatpants posting on message boards. Looking in the mirror must be tough because you can’t hide from the fact that you’re a no talent rep who is going to end up in a new field making shit. Just remember, it’s not your fault. It’s Autumn and Scott’s fault for running a business. They should’ve put you first and catered to you. Thank goodness you warned everyone else not to work here though because you’re living proof that it’s better to not have a job. Say what you want about Autumn, Scott or myself but we still have jobs. Good luck to you

Since we have an ongoing dialogue and you’re going to call me Scott, I want to give you a name as well. I’m going to call you Geoff. You seem like a Geoff. Did your manager tell you that it just came down to where you lived? Did they tell you that you were really talented and that they’d love to keep you but they didn’t have a choice? I bet they did. Definitely not your fault.
I was thinking, since you’re SOOO talented, why don’t you start your own company? Probably be a pretty easy venture for someone as gifted as you, Geoff. I know it must be tough for you going to all these interviews but holding out for the right opportunity that involves share options. Approximately how many nights a week do you hang out at Applebees, Geoff? Just you, an appetizer sampler platter and 2 for 1 Bud Lights. Does your family still speak to you? What TV shows do you like to watch during the day with all the free time? You strike me as a soap opera man. Sorry I’ve got to go. I have a job to do in the morning.
    Have a great Thursday, Geoff.

You are right you are not a Scott you are a dickhead. So dickhead how does it feel to work for a company where people were so pissed off that they just walked away from it knowing it was and is a diaster. Its only a question of time before your washing dishes at Applebbe's dickhead or pumping gas on the turnpike. What I realized from this whole mess is how much I was being underpaid and underappreciated. So go to work and make all the people that will eventually screw you lots of mone that you will never see. Within a year the comapny will be gone and then you can move on to Applebee's. Dickhead

    Geoff,
I’m proud of you for waking up this morning. That’s a big step in the right direction. I wish you were more creative and brought new material. The Applebees thing was mine and you can’t just take it and pretend you thought of it. You should really relax and move on. If you were under appreciated and underpaid then you’re better off not being here. I’m sure your next opportunity will be a home run and that’ll really show Scott and Autumn. They’ll probably fire themselves for missing out on a winner like you. Way to go champ!!

How about you two quit wrestling on here and get down to butt fucking. You know it’s really what you both want.
