Sooooo, did everyone get laid off today? I interviewed last summer, enticed by the high base salary, but something just didn’t feel right about the company. Especially when I looked into the AA’s history and his strategy to buy and sell companies. I’m glad I passed and stayed at my current company. Good luck to everyone entering the job market.

Sorry to hear that. As one rep helping others, off the top of my head, I know Aries Pharma is launching a new product, Eleview, and hiring their first sales force nationwide right now. Also, Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, they are launching a new Oncology product, Xermelo, and are hiring as well. Good luck everyone.

If you work for a company under AA you need to know it’s short term. He is an exceptionally rich man because of how he turns companies over quickly.

In this case he seems to have shit the bed. Usually he acquires a decent drug before he sacrifices his original sales force to the investors. I guess he didn’t find that drug in time.

Never be on the first sales team for an AA company.

If you want to know when the layoffs are coming watch what happens with MG. Once AA’s lapdog jumps off or is pushed off its time to run away fast.

Since the glickster left in March you should have been expecting this.

This is setting a new precedent. For how willing he is to layoff his employees AA has always been brilliant at this. He really screwed up this time.

You’re probably safe in th short term, but he will sell the company in a year or 2 then it’s anyones guess.

Thinking he will keep it going for another two years?
