They cut the Q2 bonus checks by 5%!? Ahhh...so easy. We are selling and we can do that now. Nevermind the numerous emails we received throughout Q2 talking about the huge momentum and record breaking weeks we the reps, THE BLOODLINE OF THIS COMPANY, were receiving each week. I will BET YOU that 5% will be our "prorated Q3 bonus".
I disagree. It has went the other way 4 times in the history of Victory, where MG has INCREASED the bonuses across the board. Sometimes they go up slightly sometimes they have went down due to how much of the bonus pool was spent and whether we hit corporate goal. Know your facts first! (I also agree with the other poster, move on! Its over!)
