There is no department in acorda that has had more turnover then Market Access. It used to be blamed on Steve S being impossible to work for. Now the longest tenured MA employee has left. On the investor call it’s highlighted that MA is the critical component of success. Something is very wrong with this department... it does not instill confidence in the future.

Turn out the lights, the party's over! Get ready for the fun HR calls between Thanksgiving and Christmas. 6 month's severance tops. You've been "WARN"-ed! ;)

double exclamation points does not magically make every statement you referenced true. Also it is quite immature, like a 12 year old mind in an adult body.

That’s just Habib’s way. He is a believer in alternate truths vs facts.

Question is, why would a Mensa level leader, engage a PR firm who butchers the English language and provides nothing more than conjecture and “ hope” as a business plan.

    "highering"
    "Git" out.....
Wall Street "awe"...more like shareholder shock:
Acorda (ACOR) Down More Than 60% in 3 Months: Here's Why

Obviously, this poster is clueless. I claim to know nothing about any future layoffs. I am quite certain this company is on financial life support and that does not bode well for those of us in the field! It doesn't take a genius to understand Acorda is close (2-3 quarters away) to insolvency. It is only a matter of time before assets must be spun off.

Yes you ARE clueless ! Thank you for admitting the obvious. Leadership has a firm grip on meeting the Inbrija which is growing existentially !! There is no need for PR team to respond further as the wall street pros see value here !!!

So please get your attitude readjusted. Work with all Acordians to grow the company and adhear to company policy an procedure.

Habib, I can appreciate that you are running out of excuses at this point, but let’s be clear about one thing. This management team has a firm grip on one thing only. Their self preservation and overly inflated compensation.

Your Wall Street pros have driven ACOR down 90%. I think they see value in a fire sale, not in the prospects for Inbrija.

Its frankly scare to see idiotic stupid posts like the last to.

We have a brite future with our strong pipeline and ballbuster Inbrija making big waves in PD medication market !!

We are thankful for the genius Leaders who steer our Company thru the ups and downs of share price exploitation !!

We have indeed a worldwide presents with 170 mil potential PD sufferers who may need our product !

Why haven’t you sought out help from a mental health professional?

Please explain how you are making big wave with INBRIJA... you were approved 9 months ago. Your last quarterly results were sub par, and Wall Street has punished you. Please stop referencing worldwide PD as you can’t even master domestic US market penetration. Blink your eyes and you will be on market a full year with little to no change, then I suppose you will have some more smoke-screen excuses from your non- productive PR mouthpieces.

Well said. The drugs will be sold very soon. This company cannot sustain itself and there are looking to pawn off the drugs and close the doors.

LMAO this is hellarious. There is NO WAY that our Leadership would sell off a crown jewyl like Inbrija. No way ever !!!!

You must not follow the Wall Street analists who see a Elliott Wave rebound.

from The same mouth who stated Acorda would hot a share price of $35 back in the spring. Your leadership has no power in the event of an unsolicited bid to buy you out, the shareholders do. I would imagine a proxy vote of yes to sell and cash out to stop the hemorrhaging.

Hard to follow something that doesn’t exist Habib.

Your crown Jewel did $3M first quarter, and that includes channel stocking.

The problem with trying to sell it off is that now there is a trend. Should have taken the low ball offers before launch. It’s worth less now.

Felicia was boasting how Ron was able to stop Scopia a few weeks ago.
The sad reality, they wish they would have heard Scopia's sound advice to sell.
They had a good opportunity during the JPMorgan prior to approval.
But greed and possibly ego got on the way of a rational decision.
Hiring Andy & MTS as their bankers was probably just a ruse.
Maybe, maybe Ron can pull a rabbit out of a hat one more time.
Think of today's situation as just another cliffhanger intermezzo of the 1940s B&W Series Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe!!!
