ASP products distributed in markahm by UPS SCS.
During winter time, when shiping Cidex OPA solutions ,they need ship with trailer equiped with heated device to make sure temperature won't long time below the limit(product itself marked as 15 to 30 C,but UPS SCS never
do as their SOP requred. That will causing product's quality out of control.
Maybe someone should report to Health canada.

Many people have tried to give management the heads up that quality has gone down, largely due to replacing the American workforce with H1-B. All it does is paint a target on your back. They don't listen and the customer suffers. And the person who tries to give the heads up is blacklisted and harassed.

Is CSS essentially the used car dealership of JnJ? Seems like JnJ feels all of those companies could/should be sold but BWI.

Any thoughts on if JnJ will be using the ASP/Codman money for a big acquisition?

CSS, with the exception of BWI (which has its own location in Irwindale), is the island of broken JnJ toys. With a few exceptions, being sent to CSS is tantamount to being told "Enjoy the weather, and get your CV shined up in the meantime."

Management at CSS is overall poor and politics determine one's career path. There are too many managers who were simply in the right place at the right time (job opens and no external interest) and have low technical skills and / or low people management skills. Growth is impossible, unless you're one of the chosen ones--and there are strict criteria for that, but I digress.

Seems like JnJ is shifting priorities from trying to become a big med device maker to a bigger pharma company by shedding some dead weight and cutting bait. The Cyclesure debacle from c. 2013 was the beginning of the end for ASP.

  11. Feeling good I left a sinking ship, but grateful for the people and time I shared at JnJ.

Good luck, all those remaining. Don't hold your breath waiting for these awesome "packages" for the loyal employees.

The only person at ASP with that extensive of a vocabulary is Ruben.

Pretty much everyone else speaks English as a second language. In some areas of the company English is not spoken at all.
