    word just came down that all these useless assure people are next! They are starting at the top because everyone at the HO knows that they are not revenue generating. Big surprise.

    but what about the innovation that Otsuka delivered in creating this division? And what about being a magnet for talent? And being a leader in the mental health space?

    Ohhhh wait! This was all about creating an army for HV. I remember now.

    You are sooo right. It is really amazing when you look at all the totally useless management people they have on that team. Lets see they dont make us money, dont make us money. Oh yeah, did i mention that they dont make us money and they are everywhere. Soon they will outnumber us.

    I know last year they promised that everyone would get a meets and then they gave people a needs improvement at the last minute. Their management is pathetic, especially at the top. Their vp doesn't work and her second in command kt probably lied on his education because he is clueless. I think they are measured on how busy they look and the total number of fake calls. since management lied to them last year, they just play the game. any yes they have no story to tell potential employers. poor ba****ds.

    BS-there were a number of us who got "meets" after they said we were the best team around. They lied to us and then they held us accountable to these garbage metrics that they said did not count. Do not trust this management or this company!!!
