    Just found this board.

    One of the most successful MSCs in Assurex history is getting ready to turn in their notice because of the reasons mentioned on this board.. 1. Awful comp plan that encourages fraud. 2. Managers pushing to get medicare orders "compliant" with whatever it takes.

    I just hope this rep is honest in any exit interview. Not that it will change anything.

    Assurex was my favorite lab to work with over the years. I worked with 5 already and they treated me the best. Great Management and Leadership strucure.

    Kenyon is a disaster. Everything he touches turns to shit. Its actually impressive to watch the efficiency at which he destroys a great company.

    Also, he wears a vest in the middle of summer for some reason.

    how about the Total Mess of Salesforce change made at the top. talk about a disaster that turned a quick process into a mess. who decided to make this great change? simple process now takes leads, edits, approvals etc all while the CUSTOMER and the Patient waits and orders don't happen.
