Having a view of any waterway is extremely appealing. Bums living in tents lining the waterway is unappealing. Californians can be unappealing. Tech is appealing. It would be much easier to move the bums out than it would be to build a huge waterway. The houses in Frisco and the nearby area are more affordable than houses in Austin. Two different worlds. Which world has the most opportunity?
