    New to company...I've had great experience with help desk. I always get a response within 24 hours

    Called the help desk about iPad issues. We'll fix it over the phone he says but he had to call me back. I didn't receive a call back today. I am new 3 months now and 2nd time this happened - same helpdesk guy I think.

    Another unreturned call from Avanir IT. Being on East Ciast, very important I get my issues resolved so I can catch up and be 100% next day. Now 2 days waiting for password reset fix. What is wrong with IT dept?
