Got a call from a recruiter for an expansion territory, was told base of 110 to 120 with bonus to put me at 150-160, is this realistic or is recruiter full of it, thanks for honest feedback

Depends, start here get experience and move on to better opportunities. I have options and have no clue what they are worth, if anything. A friend of mind left for 25000 more on base, three weeks vk, and less travel.

base salary for rep around 200-250k with 5 weeks vacation. Also company cars in the works 2019 Bugatti

 

I looked on Avion LinkedIn and I don't think with the lack of experienced reps hired by this company they are
making this kind of money. I think more like $60,000 base, tops most likely

Higher base with more experience. Bonus plan very good.
