pay isnt that...but not enough

 

Don't bother considering a job here. Not a real CNS product. Leadership is the worst and company is a generic company. Too many other good CNS opportunities out there.

 

If you want to make ok pay for not having to do all that much and get paid bonus it’s probably easiest pharma job ever. You won’t make big time bucks but no pressure here. Lately it’s been easy with no big brother watching. Take what they give you.

 

No way we keep this old regime. Sorry folks. No way AD brought in all yes ALL of us and promised SF all he did and more, yes some of us know what she got and what’s coming. No way we need you guys when we have our team. That’s why they pay us more now time to get rid of you all. We will show you how to get it done.

 

Not sure what your deal is, but I believe we all work for the same company. Would love to see each division do well and benefit all of us. All Neuro needs to do is stop sucking money and make some.

 

What the deal is we were brought in the make this place big pharma. So change is coming, started, and we will show you all how the big players do it. We don’t need three and four of everything.

 

“We”? I believe NP team, thank you LB was killing it without you all. And Wh was doing their part year over year exceeding goals. What have you all done? Can’t take credit for NP and get us our numbers…if you are getting rid of small pharma that succeeded for so long here can’t wait to watch you all fail.

 

If “Big Pharma” means not making money, I guess you are succeeding. Let’s face it, you won’t break even for a long while. The down side of the “Big Pharma” that you seem to love is layoffs are an SOP. So thanks, I’ll take small Pharma any day.

 

Some times time is all it takes to show who is right and who is wrong. Some people know the business and some act like they know the business. When you don’t know the customers business will never grow. Time will tell and time is running out. This picture could have been so much prettier. I mean profitable not lost lost lost. Thank Lisa for you all having Jobs right now.

 

Good previous post. Only thing is there is no more time to waste. SF and her flunkies are no answer to the real issues facing the company. All of the Sanofukups are good at one thing calculating there severance time they been layed off so many times. They are out of touch with the issues and worse yet they have no idea about those of us who work hard everyday. They only care about themselves. We saw there salaries. Yes its true they all are making way more then everyone in the company. Time to leave this company. The end is coming soon and it isn't pretty.

 

Lisa is an order taker and nothing more. All she had to do was make a call and write down the orders. She would tell you how important she is but no one is believing her.

 

Say what you want about LB but AD acting like his new hires including SF is bringing in NP business is a joke and for SF to gloat like she is just a slap to LB. The cat is out of the bag. The bragging about packages for new teams was let out on purpose. In hopes people would leave, makes it easier on AD. Just a matter of time…

 

SF is two faced. Acts all nice to you one on one and then talks crap about you behind your back to others. And in meetings she throws you right under the bus. And yes she has talked a lot of stuff about LB which is just wrong. SF is all about herself. A lot of people leaving and looking to leave maybe this is the best time to move on.

 

She is just a puppet. AD wants people he can make do what he wants to do. She can do some of the work but in the end it will be his way. She is a puppet. Same rumors we hear from KD. Layoffs coming unfortunately for the ones that built the company.

 

SF is Art’s puppet. She is clueless. SF has no awareness about people in the company. This entire office is upside down. A lot of us looking to leave. It’s really bad how AD has turned out to be full of shit.
