Diana B always did a much better job than the status hungry, Novartis climber LH. She used Genoptix to grow her career and happily left as soon as she got the promotion from Novartis that she wanted? How much Managed Care coverage did you get under her leadership? Nada!

 

Both LHs sucked

 

Looks like DB isn't coming back to Genoptix after all. Proof that even a lot of money isn't enough to lure someone back to this sinking ship

 

Shows that upper management are a bunch of buffoons for even interviewing her in the first place.

 

Even funnier that she is happier at a podiatry lab and wouldn't go back to Genoptix despite the large compensation package offered.

 

Does it really matter at this point? The fact that they were even considering bringing her back shows how desperate they are. Who's next PeteBob? Truth is the majority of real talent left a while ago. Most who are still with Genoptix are incompetent and can't get a job with a legitimate company. Enjoy the ride losers, it's almost over.

of course, thats like asking if David W is still in marketing, Lindsay H still in sales etc etc -- who else would hire these people?

 

Thank you and that is very sad and a perfect example of the disfunction at this company. I have never worked with or for Dave but I am very aware of his Mgt. Style and work ethic and both are terrible. It is no wonder Genoptix is doing so poor with leadership like Dave K.
