Numbers are soft so back to work! Places considered hot spots and high positivity back to work! Managers field travel, back to work!

Did we mean what we said before about state or local guidelines? No! Back to work!

Home Office? Uhhhhhh. we will evaluate if we will be open maybe next week.

Perfect example of another entitled pharma rep. You've been sitting at home, working part time, collecting 100% of your salary, benefits-- AND bonus and now you want to bitch?? What probably sucks for you is that you were already working part time anyway....
You need to wake up and realize that this isn't a charity organization.
There are litterally 10's of thousands of people who would gladly take your place.
Feel free to take a year of family leave or better yet just leave the company so someone more deserving has the opportunity you have.
Maybe just maybe there will soon come a day when the company decides it can't afford dead weight and lays your sorry excuse off.

NO, I truly have been putting in at least 8 hours per day. My area has been very open to virtual and I worked on special projects. Definitely not a part time worker getting full salary pre or post Covid!

This is a move based on sales, nothing more. No need to disguise it or sugar coat it. Just call it what it is and say we really want you to get back to work and get sales up.

Yep, cash cow Humira is down - get your butts off these conference calls and get you some sales, and get you some Covid too!

Virtual selling can be outsourced to a call center at home office or out of the country for a fraction of what we get paid. Special projects is just busy work. Our company has been generous to allow us to stay home for as long as they did. But you are kidding yourself if you think you are earning your keep by working from home. It’s over - time to go back to work, go on leave, retire or resign.

Abbvie has spoken about what's most important, and it's not your safety. They also very conveniently put it on you, the salesforce, for wanting it so bad.

If you are not high risk or caring for an elderly person in your home, there is no reason why you shouldn’t be out in the field! Abbvie has PPE that is very sufficient in keeping you safe! If you are struggling with childcare that is another hurdle ...Contact HR if you’re having issues or not wanting to go back to work for safety etc. you can take family leave, medical leave (if you qualify) ...Abbvie isn’t saying you can’t do Hybrid part virtual part live. We’ve all been given plenty of time at home ... time to get back out there! Stop using Covid as an excuse not to work ... unless you have a true reason to be concerned about your safety (You’re high risk or caring for an elderly person at home) stop complaining and do your job!

not true. If you have it documented that you are medically high risk or you’re living with someone who is high risk .. you have a legit reason to stay virtual until there is a vaccine. There is no way, if given the documentation, that HR can target you for this. You’re not saying that you won’t work.. you just won’t be working outside of your home until there is a vaccine. Get everything in writing with email and documentation of medical proof of the Severity of the high risk situation. I don’t even think you would have to go on medical or family leave as you are still “working” just virtual only.

You’re an at will employee and can be terminated for any reason at any time with the exception of any EEOC Non compliance. Stop making excuses and get the fuck to work. We paid you lazy bastards since March and this Hoax bullshit is your downfall. Clocks ticking Big RIF coming.

no excuses... Abbvie would have a massive lawsuit on their hands if they terminated an employee after they provided medical documentation of their high risk status and said they would work
Virtually until a Covid vaccine. Clearly you do not have a medical reason to not go out and Do your job live, but for someone with a severe compromised immune system or other severe medical reason that could cause death to them if they got Covid ..You’re wrong and incredibly insensitive!

Do you go food shopping? Do you go to stores? Now shut the fuck up and get out of your parents basement.

Go out on FMLA without pay OR If you have serious pre existing conditions you should apply for SSDI. I would guess you wouldn’t qualify for SSDI. Technically, Abbvies Workman’s Comp would cover Covid If you were infected but how you would prove who and where you got it is another story. Take a deep breath...everything’s going to be alright...Turn off the TV too!

    This 100%
You better bet your ass you’ll be targeted. And don’t think just cause you report anonymously that they can’t figure out who you are pretty easily
